Blazer Badge

House blazer badge

From the 1950s through to the 1990s all new boys displayed their house colours on their blazers, the cross potent embroidered with the relevant distinctive colours. If they were subsequently awarded their house colours – and some boys went right through the School without – they were allowed to swap the basic badge for a more distinct house colour badge. Anyone awarded their school colours for a major sport wore the prestigious school crest with the initials of the relevant sport displayed in gold braid underneath.
